Career coaching is founded on the belief that you have the answers you need within you. I will simply help you find them for yourself by asking the right questions and using the right tools.

My story started before I had any formal coaching qualifications…

I helped my husband out of a really dark place with his job. He just didn’t know which way to turn and after talking the situation through, he made some key decisions in the short and medium term. As a result, he was then able to see the light and move forward. My world as a Career Coach then began!
